Letter Detectives

Who knew learning could be so much fun!? Take a look below to get a glimpse of some of the fun we experience on a daily basis. Our little detectives took learning their letters to the next level. They had to use their magnify glasses to help them hunt down items on their papers that started with the letters Cc and Aa. They are great detectives!

Rocking In Our New School

If you have read any of the beloved Pete The Cat books, you will know how catchy and fun they can be. We read Pete's, "Rocking In My School Shoes", before taking off on a fun adventure around the school. "Pete" left us clues all over the school to help us get better aquatinted with our new learning environment. It was a fun way to start off our first week of kindergarten as a class. Weeks later, we still have students asking and looking for Pete The Cat. Here's to a very GROOOOOOOVY year in kindergarten!

Hip Hip Hooray... Our First Day of K!

I know we have already been in school for a month... but I have finally found some time to update our classroom blog. Our first month of school has been filled with lots of fun and exciting experiences. Below you will find some pictures to document all of the students' first days of kindergarten 2015.

Back to School!

It's that time of year again... time for school supplies, new uniforms, first day jitters, and everything that goes along with a new school year. While I am sad summer has come to an end, I am excited to see what this new and exciting school year has in store for my new students and me.

This blog is set up as a resource for you to utilize throughout the school year. You can access it at your convenience to see what we have been up to in our classroom. There will be links to kindergarten websites, attachments of the weekly newsletters, and pictures of cute kindergartners having fun while learning.
